Anyone feel like they want to just hang out, have some space, get off the treadmill and talk to likeminded people? Having received some fabulous feedback from their listeners Jane and Hazel announce their intentions to get everyone together later in the year.   Listen on to make sure you can be part of this. As usual lots of topics covered in this episode but the topic that keeps coming up is how challenging it can feel these days to navigate the modern world and how often we just feel a bit stuck!   The complications of navigating the modern world include societal expectations, hormonal changes, low energy, striving for perfectionism, losing your identity or any other number of things and on this episode your hosts talk about their plans to bring you all together to provide a safe space to have a think about what it is you really want! Have you lost your adventurous spirit because you believe that things should be a certain way, or have you stopped saying what you really need and/or want because you just don’t know or think if you do that you will only be disappointed?   Whatever your answer you need to come and join Hazel and Jane later in the year to have some space to think about what it is you really want and ignore those built in limitations that your mind is creating.   Being able to navigate this needs some space, time and some jolly good company.  Coming together to share stories can be so empowering in helping us find our thing again!  So drop Hazel or Jane a line if you want to be a part of these amazing days to rediscover what might be!
