Es conmovedor que el creyente diga: “Protégeme, Dios mío, que me refugio en ti.” Saber que el Señor me protege siempre, me da mucha seguridad y me hace sentir muy feliz, y más cuando puedo agregar: “Yo digo al Señor: «Tú eres mi Dios» […] mi suerte está en tu mano”. El salmo continúa así: “Bendeciré al Señor, que me aconseja, hasta de noche me instruye internamente”. Aconsejar viene de consejo, que es saber orientar a alguien con el fin de que se conduzca con prudencia y habilidad para prosperar en la vida. Y es sabio quien sabe orientar y también quien se deja orientar. Y Dios es el sabio de los sabios. De Él solo es posible esperar consejos sabios. Al ser humano le corresponde disponerse para saber escuchar y seguir con acierto los consejos divinos. Feliz el orante que encuentra en Dios el consejero de su vida.
