One more deep breath in, Focusing on the air filling you up and cleansing you, And the exhale, And release all the details of the day till the very last drop of air is gone. Bring your breathing to a slow, easy rhythm, And then drop deeper into comfort.  LONG PAUSE… Imagine the waves of your breath, Coming in upon the shore as you breathe in, And pulling back into the ocean as you breathe out. Breathing in, Breathing out. Feel the waves of your breath calm you, Rock you into sleep with their motion, In, And out. LONG PAUSE… Imagine yourself riding the wave of your in breath, Following it into you, Way down deep inside of you. Noticing that everything your breath touches relaxes and softens. Relaxes and softens.  PAUSE… Breathe in, And feel your shoulders soften, And your cheeks relax. PAUSE… Inhale and feel your chest open, And your stomach release. PAUSE… Breathe in, And feel your back relax, And your arms and legs melt. PAUSE… Let your breath soothe you, And invite you deeper into sleep. LONG PAUSE… Now follow the waves of your breath as it pulls itself back into the ocean with every exhale. Noticing that every breathe out releases more of your day, More of your stress, More of your thoughts, More of your emotions. And carries them away, Out into the open sea. PAUSE… Breathe out, And release. Breathe out, And relax.
