Eine positive Affirmation ist eine bejahende Aussage, die über einen längeren Zeitraum immer wieder wiederholt wird. Affirmationen sind sehr einfache, klare und positive Sätze. Sie dienen dazu, das Unterbewusstsein mit neuen Informationen zu versorgen. Ziel ist es, mit ihrer Hilfe Blockaden zu lösen, festgefahrene und hindernde Gedankenstrukturen zu entfernen und neue positive, Gedankenmuster zu schaffen. Affirmationen gelten als eine der effektivsten Techniken des Mentaltrainings. Mein Name ist Ulrike Staiger und ich bin Coach für gesundes Lebensmanagement.
