When we truly sit in awareness of everything ... our inner talk track, our emotional soundtrack, the environment we are in, the people we connect with, the habits we have ... it can be hard to look at. I mean SOMETIMES ... we are our own worst enemies and so that goopy mess between caterpillar and butterfly can be nastyBut yet ...There is BEAUTY in it. When we can become aware of where we are ... and also ... where (and WHO) we desire to be ... we can begin to make the necessary changes we NEED to in order to step into our own power again.ACCEPTANCE WEEK in The Power of You, is about seeing the beauty in this goop stage. Seeing the power of LOOKING in the mirror, while releasing the judgement of what it is that we "think" we see. It's still goopy lol ... but we are starting to notice that it's pretty and glistening and truly a beautiful gift. This week's meditation is a cool one as well. It can be done while sitting or lying down or in the bath (which is where I like to do most of my meditation). In addition though ... once you get the hang of it ... you can do this on your own in the shower!!!!! (Ok NOW I've got you listening, don't I????)This has been one of my most popular meditations to date.
