PAUSE… Drop your shoulders, Open your chest, And let your arms and legs get heavy, And relax. PAUSE… Let your breathing slow down.  Let your mind slow down. As you bring your attention here, Deep inside the rhythm of your breath. LONG PAUSE… As the space opens inside, See if you can connect with your intentions. PAUSE… Intentions for your day. Intentions for your life. Intentions for your work. Intentions for your relationships.  Anything that comes up for you. LONG PAUSE… When your intention is clear, so is the way.
