He was also a pastor’s kid who struggled with bitterness toward the Church. Over time, God used several people in Dave’s life to help him see the truth of the gospel and that he was not a misfit but a bridgemaker. Dave has served in pastoral roles in several churches across the country. In 2021, he received his Master’s of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary and began to plant Icon Church with his wife, Lynn. This is a conversation show about the things we're thinking about, the things we care about, and the things that are important to the life and culture for the people of Legacy Church in Plano, Texas. We pray this season will offer you times of encouragement, laughter, and most importantly a deeper desire to know and love our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
