Join us this Memorial Day, May 23rd, at Bakersfield National Cemetery for a moving ceremony honoring our veterans. The event begins at 9 AM, but you can arrive between 7:30-8:30 AM to place a flag on a loved ones grave. Enjoy a musical prelude at 8:30 AM, followed by a keynote address from U.S. Air Force Colonel Clifton Bell. The Bakersfield High School Band will perform, and the Kern County Sheriffs Office will provide military honors. Remember to stay hydrated and park in the southwest section.
