Summary
This week we will be discussing mental health and its effect on moving into the holidays. We’ve previously discussed Covid 19 and its adverse effect on mental health. Around the time of holidays is an especially sensitive time for some and an additional stress factor. It can also be a barrier that should be considered when implementing treatment methods to address or prevent mental health.
