The President of Zambia Michael Sata died on Tuesday in London, United Kingdom. According to British newspaper The Telegraph, Sata died in King Edward VII hospital. He was earlier believed to be receiving treatment at Harley Street Clinic in London. Sata is said to have been suffering from prostate cancer and other ailments. The president missed his country's 50th Independence celebrations on Friday last week. The 77-year old Statesman’s medical condition had kept him away from public life since the opening of Zambian parliament on the18th of September this year.
