Michele and Curtis discuss how some of the municipalities have approached the new size restrictions of homes on the ALR. Jeremy Bramwell joins Michele and Curtis as an expert in his field of Appraising properties. We hear about the history of his company Bramwell & Associates Realty Advisors as well as what sets some appraisers above others. There are many reasons one might want or need a home appraisal such as going to court, the division of estates, getting a home equity loan and in listing a home, especially if it is a unique property. If one is considering some ways to invest in their home to raise the value in preparation to sell, the number one place to renovate is the kitchen, followed up by bathrooms.In the second half of the show the group discuss the effects of grow-ops on homes and their long-term values as well as considerations of having the four allowable plans in your home.
