We start off with some classic winter home prep that are often overlooked, plus some surprising problems found in home inspections. If you're thinking about buying a foreclosure home, a Home Inspection should be considered in order to appropriately assess the amount of work need in this 'as-is' purchase. It's also helpful to get a pre-listing home inspection so that you are aware of any issues that need to be addressed and that there won't be any surprises when the buyer books their inspection. Daniel also shares what sets his Inspection company apart from others; such as using the latest technology, Inspectors experienced in construction and renovations, and offering free technical support for as long as you own your home!
