Michele got the pleasure of having special guest Jamie Moi of West Coast Mortgages back again to impart her wisdom as a top mortgage broker and 'Guru' on all things mortgage related. Specifically, she let us know about the First Time Home Buyers Initiative that was introduced in the Federal Liberals March Budget and how that can help first time home buyers reduce their monthly mortgage payments. She also touched on fixed rate mortgages and how they have dropped a half of a percent in the last year. Also addressed on the show was the widely talked about topic of Money Laundering and how 7.4 Billion was laundered in the B.C. housing market in 2018 alone.
