Label boss Pfirter returns to the MindTrip Podcast with a very special mix. Episode 32 features a continuous mix of 11 tracks taken from Pfirter’s new album The Empty Space. In Juan Pablo’s words - The biggest magic of making music is what i call "the empty space", which is not a place but a state of mind. A state of focus and attention purely into music and creation, which can relate a lot to meditation in a way, and works together nicely. I've mainly worked during nights on this project, in order to create a more isolated environment which allowed a good flow and no distractions. I decided to name the album "the empty space" not only because of this "creative state of mind" or whatever you want to call it, but also as a reminder to myself of how important it is to accept and embrace this moment, and to try to live in this state for as long as possible. It's not just about music creation but about life as a whole. - 'The Empty Space' throbs with a vital pulse that acutely transcends all categories and genres, and once again Pfirter adroitly recombines techno's DNA into something truly and definitely his own.
