How many times in your life do you look for the excitement and adventure? Perhaps on you vacations at Disney World you actively seek out the biggest roller coasters for the scary thrill. But what about in your normal life? Well if you are like most people then the last thing you do is try to shake things up and make things exciting and different. Well just this week, I spent a lovely day travelling around my local seaside town with the family trying to complete a treasure hunt. It was simple, it was cheap and it was a total break from the norm. I could have said, "No I have work to do actually", "I could have said "I rather would not!" But instead it was a "Yes, sounds good" and it was good. I set out my stall to have a good time and I did. And that is the key message to this show. By jumping in feet first and doing stuff, without trying to make things perfect or fully realised we get a real gift in our lives. As lets be honest, more often than not it won't ever be any better anyway. Life is more often than not about preparing to make things perfect in our lives, but actually what we get is a mild, diluted version of the Mini Adventure of what occurs when we leap. So in this episode we talk at depth about going for the quick gains in our life. We talk about just saying "Yes" and doing your best in life. And I promise you, you will be amazed at the results of that you get. Ready for the challenge?
