This is another episode from the archives with Mishayla Rhodes, BJJ Brown Belt and amazing woman! She is one of the most resilient people I know and her story is one of personal fortitude, resiliance, incredibly hard work, and discovery!  We talk about her journey in jiu jitsu, her lving in Isreal for a year and how jiu jitsu saved her life quite literally! We also talk her choking me out back in the day at 10th Planet Austin among so many other facets of her life!  This another example of empowered women and Mishayla is truly that!
