این، بیانیه‌ی یک رؤیا نیست؛ منشورِ یک رستاخیز است.در پنجمین منزل از این روایت، «مانیفست ایران نوین» چون نقشه‌ای بر سنگ تاریخ حک می‌شود؛ طرحی برای تولدِ دوباره‌ی ملتی که از دلِ قرن‌ها ایستادگی برمی‌خیزد.چهار رکن، ستون‌های این بنای سترگ‌اند:تمامیت ارضی؛ میثاقِ خون و خاک.دموکراسی سکولار؛ حاکمیتِ قانون و خرد بر قدرت.حقوق بشر؛ تقدیسِ کرامت انسان، بی‌قید و بی‌امتیاز.و حق تعیین سرنوشت؛ بازگشت اقتدار به دستان مردم.این صدا، شرحِ آرزو نیست؛ اعلامِ اراده است.اراده‌ای برای ساختن ایرانی آزاد، یکپارچه، عادل و مقتدر.اگر به فردایی می‌اندیشید که در آن آزادی نفس می‌کشد و عدالت تپشِ خیابان‌هاست، این مانیفست را بشنوید؛اینجا آغازِ راهی است که به سپیده ختم می‌شود.
