Our guest this week, Robert Belle, is an Accountant, Ted Speaker, Coach, Author and Entrepreneur. According to him; How we spend money is a direct reflection of how we feel about ourselves. People who value themselves rarely waste money.

He went further to explain the need to understand how money and emotions work because no matter what we do in life, money is somehow involved.

Having a lot of money does not automatically mean you'll have a good life if you don't know how to spend the money properly. This is important because some people who claim to want a simple life tend to waste a lot of money.

Money is earned because we provide value, we tend to also spend money based on our values. Money is earned in exchange for value. So if we don't understand the values we bring to life we tend to waste or lose a lot of money.

Since money doesn't spend itself, our spending is tied to our values, this is why two people with the same amount of money can spend it on entirely different things.

Two people with different money experiences can have different views about spending and earning money.

So the question then is, how do we spend money and why?

Do our emotions affect how we earn, spend and invest money?
