True story . . .Bride of the Monster CocktailIngredients:· 1 Tbsp seedless blackberry, boysenberry or black current jam· 1 tsp vanilla· 1.5 oz. Vodka· 4 oz. Champagne or Sparkling wine· Garnish w/ blackberriesINSTRUCTIONS:In a cocktail shaker, stir together jam and vanilla until well mixed. Add ice and Vodka, and shake well.Strain mixture into champagne flute, top with Champagne or Sparkling wine.
