It mostly shows where the organs are related to what area (much like reflexology in the hands and feet). This helps us keep an eye on our whole body health in a regular way. It also allows us to notice any changes, which may be important! Getting a copper tongue scraper from Etsy is also a great idea! I mention Sun Salutations as well in this episode.
