MOScholars: Scholarship Program for Students

In the first half, Missouri State Treasurer Scott Fitzpatrick joins Andy and Sarah to talk about where the idea for the MO Scholars Program began, what this program accomplishes, who is eligible to apply, how these scholarships are funded, and how Missouri residents can contribute.
