Meet Mallory Phelps- an Amazing Human Being, Mom, and someone who wholeheartedly is working to make it commonplace to talk about postpartum, how it can show up, the shame that can come with it.  Rather than backing down, she's speaking up and guiding women in a healthy way in navigating the massive shift into being a mom!
