Motivation to Sacrifice - 12/11/2023

Bible Text: Phillipians 2:12-18 Ps Jono Deenick When it comes to the way we treat one another, Jesus is our model. Paul makes that much clear in the early verses of Philippians chapter 2. We are to have the same mind as Jesus (2:5). However, even if look at Jesus and delight in Him and admire His sacrificial love, we find imitating that very hard. Indeed, sometime we are not willing to make even the smallest sacrifices. In today's passage Paul give the Philippians motivation and encouragement to pursue a life imitating Jesus' sacrificial love.
