Moving Forward Despite Rejection 5/4/2020: A Phil Svitek Vlog

Some states in the US are opening up and that can create some mixed feelings. Certainly does for me, which is how I open up this edition of my vlog. I also talk about how my friends are spending their quarantine productively but wonder if it comes at a cost. I then shift gears to talk about my creative projects, including sound design for my film, starting a script and how writing my latest nonfiction book has been a fun trip down memory lane. I also talk about what the Cannes Film Festival selection committee sent me and how I chose to respond. Plus, I give a tip I used to reconnect with people I haven't talk to in a while.
