Hi everyone and welcome to another episode of The Breaking Moment Podcast! In this episode we are celebrating a full year of the breaking moment podcast!! Thank you to everyone who has listened or just started listening! Today we will talk about moving forward in our healing journey. Sometimes when we start healing, we reminisce and miss the old us. The friendships we used to have, the old relationships, the jobs, the town, and so much more. While this is a normal feeling to have, it's important that we don't stay stagnant and constantly look back at what we lost. This is because God is doing a new thing which requires change, unlearning old behaviors and moving forward even through the hurt!
