Send us Fan MailThey’re BackRuth’s Miracle Group Home Foundation has grown and is serving even more women and children in Southern Maryland.  Founder Ms. Veronica Alston and her staff rejoin us on the show to talk about their new endeavor, a home for homeless women and children.  Ms. V’s Place opened early this year to respond to the need Ms. Alston saw in the community. This expands her already impressive outreach that started in 2009 with the opening of Ruth’s Miracle Group Home, a transitional facility for at risk/homeless women.  She saw a need to accommodate women and their children and added Ms. V’s Place.  RMGH Foundation provides a safe haven and a chance to start life over.  The overall goal for every client that joins their family is growth and development that results in full independence and a self-sufficient lifestyle. Join Mark and Carolyn as we talk to Ms. V and her staff about what’s up with the foundation – both at the original women’s home and their brand new facility.  We’ll be broadcasting live from Ms. V’s place.  Enjoy what is always a lively and uplifting conversation with the ladies from RMGH.
