Mukhriz challenges Anwar's claim on Dr M; Drop 'Islam' from name, Puad tells PAS

[KiniNews] Dr Mahathir Mohamad’s son, Mukhriz, has taken aim at Prime Minister Anwar Ibrahim for branding his father a corrupt leader.The Pejuang president delivered a series of rhetorical questions laced with irony and pointedly answered in the negative to dismantle the alleged smear campaign against his father.“Enough with the tactics to distract the people from the real issue - the worsening state of the economy under your administration. No one believes you anymore, Anwar. Just step down,” he said.Meanwhile, in a separate story, Umno supreme council member Puad Zarkashi has urged PAS to drop the word “Islam” from the party’s name after SIS Forum (Malaysia) earlier announced it was removing the word from its organisation’s name.“Emulate SIS Forum.
