Beats with bits Podcast Sergio Miranda Some hypnotic, dark and beautifully crafted beats for your ears!Sergio Miranda, a Mexico-born Belgium resident, found his passion for the world of vinyl, turntables and the DJ culture at the lawless warehouses and outdoor parties that took the streets of Mexico City in the late 80s.His love for those early house / acid / techno sounds and the dark electronic melodies from new wave and rock bands such as New Order, Depeche Mode and The Cure, meant he soon started working as a lighting technician before getting his first taste behind the decks in the early 90s.As of that moment and for more than a decade, he has enjoyed a long and varied DJ career: he has played in many clubs in Mexico City, hotels in Cancun, the Dominican Republic and Fuerteventura Spain.
