At 90, former U.S. Senator Joseph Tydings has fascinating stories to spin of growing up in a family both wealthy and politically connected. As a young delegate in Annapolis Tydings was already irritating those in power in 1960 when he threw himself into campaigning for a presidential hopeful named Jack Kennedy.With John Frece, former U.S. Sen. Joseph Tydings has written a memoir titled ----My Life in Progressive Politics: Against the Grain----.
