My Powerhouse Experience

from Heartache, Health, and Healing · host Brenda Mundt

In today’s episode, I’m taking you behind the scenes of my first experience at the Powerhouse Women Event last weekend in Scottsdale, Arizona. It was a whirlwind of emotions—excitement, discomfort, and everything in between. The energy was palpable, and the entire weekend was nothing short of incredible. I'm already planning my return for next year! I’ll walk you through the two-day event and share some of the powerful takeaways from the speakers. One of the highlights was finally meeting a group of amazing women I've been connecting with online since the beginning of the year. Meeting them in person was truly awesome! While I initially felt a bit out of place, being one of the older attendees, that feeling quickly faded. Not once did anyone make me feel like I didn’t belong. The sense of community was real, and that’s a testament to Lindsey Schwartz, the founder of Powerhouse Women. She’s created a space where everyone feels like they belong, and for that, I’m incredibly grateful. She reminded us that the feelings we experience, we're not alone in them. It was inspiring to be surrounded by so many incredible women, each on their unique journey. So grab your favorite beverage, get cozy, and join me as I share this unforgettable experience with you!
