My Sexual Assault Healing

Hello Friends! On today's episode I get personal about my healing from Sexual Assault. I felt it really important to put out into the world, because when it happened to me, I didn't know where to turn or how to heal. No one should have to feel that way. We also go over helping loved ones when they have been through Sexual Assault.
