My Sexual Assault Healing

Hello Friends! On today's episode I get personal about my healing from Sexual Assault. I felt it really important to put out into the world, because when it happened to me, I didn't know where to turn or how to heal. No one should have to feel that way. 

We also go over helping loved ones when they have been through Sexual Assault. As promised in the episode, here is my story I wrote in 2017 when I decided come out about what happened. I was 20 at the time.
