Say what you will about labor and delivery, but it’s a universally feared yet revered experience. Everyone’s story with birth is different.  In this episode of Aligned & Ambitious Radio, I want to talk to you about mine. Because of movies or tv or your mom or whatever, I think a lot of us carry expectations into the experience. And these preconceived notions are not guarantees; they aren’t necessarily how things are going to go.
