Joseph Bramante is the Co-Founder of TriArc Real Estate Partners, a wholly integrated multifamily investment company with the goal of acquiring over 20,000 units in the next 10 years. • Joseph graduated with his bachelor's degree in Civil engineering from Louisiana Tech University and spent 5 years working for ExxonMobil in their capital project division. • His multifamily real estate investing started in 2011 when he purchased his first multifamily property, sight unseen, all while working as a business team lead for ExxonMobil in Papua New Guinea. • Shortly thereafter, Joseph joined a local real estate education club where he met his business partners, Carrie Breneman and Deborah Newsome • Together they grew a portfolio of over 1100 units and have increased the NOI on average by over 80% within 48 months on every property they have acquired.
