On October 2, 1988, 11-year-old Thomas Picard went missing in Fall River, MA, Despite searches and clues, his body was -found on January 7, 1989, in Cook Pond, with an autopsy revealing he had been murdered, Decades later, the case remains unsolved, but Thomas' case has been reopened, and the Bristol County District Attorney's Office has renewed hope with advanced DNA technology and genetic genealogy. 🧬🕵🏽‍♂️
