N16 traffic survey to take place in north Leitrim

CCTV footage will be used in Manorhamilton next week to survey the amount of motorists, cyclists and pedestrians travelling along the N16. The data will be recorded under the active travel scheme, with the aim of guiding required developments in the future. The direction, flow and speed of traffic will all be under consideration in the North Leitrim area. Local Independent Cllr James Gilmartin says the results will be given to TII for the next stage of the process:
