Self-awareness is the “meta-skill of the 21st Century,” according to Tasha Eurich, and I tend to agree. That's the starting point for emotional intelligence, maximising potential and good leadership. So, in this concluding episode for the first series, we hear from the guests who have appeared on my podcast who talk about their journeys, what they have learned, and the principles that shape the way they work.
