She has been using networking as the main source of opportunity sourcing. But for Erica, the networking is not about what opportunities are in the room for HER; it’s about what opportunities she can uncover for someone else in the room.For 20 years, Erica produced events with her own company in Atlanta and then with a destination management company in Washington, DC. In 2020, Erica translated experiences from the hospitality industry into the multifamily housing and emergencyrestoration industry with Apartment Restorers. At the end of the day, it’s my job to relay the trust the property managers can have in our company when they have a really bad night when their apartment building main water line has broken, and the whole complex is flooded or on fire, we have their back and will get these units back in shape and rentable again quickly.Erica is active in associations related to the multi-family industry, such as the Northern Virginia Apartment Association and Property Management Association, as well as leading a weekly running group called Church of the Long Run and national involvement in All Day Running Company.On any given weekend, you can find Erica either running a race or on any adventure with her husband, Mark, and their 7-year-old son, Carson.
