Stephan joined ABOUT YOU in 2022 and has since spearheaded the restructuring and establishment of a state-of-the-art Treasury Department. He has successfully optimized processes, provided strategic direction, and managed corporate finance and capital markets activities.

Prior to his current role, Stephan held the position of Team Lead Financing at Zalando SE in

Berlin, responsible for corporate finance, capital markets activities, and external communication with financial institutions. He actively represented the finance function in cross-functional projects and made valuable contributions to M&A transactions.

Stephan's previous experience includes serving as the Corporate Finance Manager/Group

Treasurer at Nordzucker AG and also positions at Flughafen Berlin Brandenburg GmbH and Hapag-Lloyd AG/Hapag-Lloyd Holding AG.

Stephan holds various certifications, including Certified Investor Relation Officer (CIRO) from Deutscher Investor Relation Verband (DIRK) and Certified Corporate Treasurer (CCT/VDT) from Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
