navigating unprecedented times as a soft soul

a friendly reminder, breakdowns will always usher in a breakthrough. So, after being forced to feel through it this week, I’ve come to these conclusions…  embracing life as an experiment empowers the grace you have for yourself. taking yourself less seriously will help with that.  “you can’t hate yourself into a version you love”. not knowing what you’re doing gives you grace to be curious and find it out without pressure. follow the breadcrumbs of what makes your heart feel whole life is chaotic enough without believing the bullshit that makes us disempowered.  reconnecting with your childhood curiosity allows you to expand as an adult.If you too don’t know how to act these days, it’s okay to not be okay. you’re not ‘weak’ for feeling anything you’re feeling.love you, mean it. ♡
