Cindy had been an employee of CN Rail for 9 years when her employer mandated covid vaccines. She requested an exemption from her union/employer to remain at work and not be vaccinated as she had recently recovered from COVID and felt she had natural immunity. Cindy’s employer did not recognize natural immunity, and she was held out of service for refusing to be vaccinated.
