Negotiations underway for potential Grange Community Centre

Negotiations are underway for a proposed community centre for Grange in North Sligo.Sligo County Council have stated that they intend to liaise with the community in order to find a potential site for the development.Funding is now available for the development of community buildings, but the projects need to be shovel-ready before that funding can be accessed.Independent Sligo Drumcliffe Councillor, Marie Casserly, says that despite it being a long process, the needs of the community will be at the heart of all discussions.
