Most Neurospicy Black women will never know they’re Neurospicy. They’ll think that their inability to play by society’s rules and “Adult” is a character flaw. Black women are less likely to think they may have a brain issue. 🧠 We are much more likely to internalize our failures than seek help. (And many don’t have access to adequate, unbiased help) As a result we often end up deeply depressed, often self medicating with drugs or alcohol and suicidal. 💔I teach Neurospicy women how to create a world that works for with their neurodivergence!
