Nevada Primary Ready for Voters
from Reno News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
Nevada’s primary election kicks off tomorrow, June 9, 2026, with Washoe County officials confident and ready—anticipating 28% turnout, already processing over 48,000 mail-in/dropped-off ballots and 18,700 early voters. For your vote to count, use one of 52 official drop boxes, mail ballots postmarked by Election Day (or better yet, get them stamped at a post office), and vote in person or drop off ballots at any of the 52 sites open 7 AM to 7 PM. New ballot marking devices and secrecy sleeves ensure privacy, and you can even register or switch parties at the polls. Polls close at 7 PM—but if you’re in line, you still vote. First results will include early and pre-tabulated votes. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
