New biomethane strategy to assist north west farmers

The Minister for Agriculture, Donegal TD Charlie McConalogue says farmers could gain a potentially lucrative income if they sign up to the new National Biomethane Strategy.It is believed that long-awaited plan to produce zero-carbon homegrown gas from grass and organic waste.Full details of the 40-million-euro project will be revealed this afternoon.Minister McConalogue believes there’s widespread interest in this new industry:
