New - Episode 122: “Caregiver Silver Lining”

Today’s episode is a long long long overdue update on where things are in my world. Despite getting fired in April from caregiving for my mom, I’m still doing a great deal of it. Enough so that I am burnt out and exhausted and most days don’t even know which end is up. I tend to forget the tools that I have, and I am struggling right now to regain my footing. We have had a couple of really good days in a row though, and even though I repeat myself a bit in this episode, I wanted to share with you where we are. I’m realizing I need to share with you some of the heavy days too, because I have a tendency to hide the shadow stuff and that might be helpful to everybody too.
