Beforebecoming a DEI Director, Daryl started anorganization called Formerly Inc,Connecticut's first Criminal JusticeReform Organization. Daryl has set up acommunity resource center providing information, communityreferrals, and support groups to the families of individuals involved inthe criminal justice system.
