Newsom's Schools Reopening Plan Draws Rebuke

Governor Gavin Newsom and legislative leaders have reached an agreement that could restart in-person learning for the state's youngest students. The hope is to reopen by April 1. That's because they don't have broadband at home, and access in their community is limited. It shows that regions with populations who need the most support, and who’ve already been harder-hit by COVID-19, are less likely to get help.
