Nicki Jackson: Alcohol Healthwatch executive director on new alcohol law reform and deprived communities

Hopes the poorest communities will benefit the most from alcohol law reform. Their aim is to give communities more of a say about new liquor outlets. Alcohol Healthwatch executive director Nicki Jackson says deprived communities are hit hardest by new outlets. She says  bottle stores aren't the only issue.
