While she Is known for her Island-style R&B blend - when she's writing songs like "Just a Sunrise Away" for Kristina Halloway, "Marrow" for Ashley Skerritt, "Half Bad" for Eerie, as well as producing & penning "Don't You Worry" for K'reema and "BrokenHearts" by newcomer Lordus - you can count on Ekela's music to merge 90's feel with modern emotion. Her 2018 release "Catalyst" continues to pick up traction, while her latest island bop "Na Na" Is slowly picking up its own steam.
