The spiritual teacher’s role is to indicate the way to complete Liberation from grasping at independent identities, which result in Liberation from the bondage of time and all the suffering related to it. Because such a true Wisdom Teacher can indicate the ‘pathless path’ to Liberation is regarded as extremely important and essential in all the highest Wisdom traditions of pure Knowledge.
